For Families
Celebrate AI Literacy Day with a family‑friendly drop‑in where you can explore different types of Artificial Intelligence in a fun, approachable way. All knowledge levels are welcome—no experience needed. Try out a variety of AI tools, experiment with simple activities (like typing in short instructions to see what an AI creates), and learn how different platforms work. Staff will also share helpful resources to support safe, informed, and thoughtful AI use at home.
On March 27, 2026, MediaSmarts is launching Canada’s first AI Literacy Day to help Canadians build the knowledge and skills needed to use and engage with AI safely, critically, and responsibly.
For families with children of all ages and their caregiver.
