For tweens ages 8 to 12 years old.
Pendulums, momentum, friction, levers and more feature among the scientific concepts in this drop-in program for families. Play Pendulum Skittles, learn about force and energy with Marble Targets, friction with Penny Pusher, levers with Wobbly Handover, brain science with Stroop boards and gross motor science through the Space Suit Trials. There’s something in this program for everyone, and all and knowledge levels of science are welcome.
For tweens ages 8 to 12 years old. Please note, a caregiver must remain in the library while children under 10 years of age attend a program.
