For tweens ages 10 to 12 years.
Are you hoping to try something new and curious about playing the piano? This beginner-friendly program is perfect for those who have never played before and want to learn the basics. We’ll explore the piano keys, finger placement, scales, and how to play a few simple songs - all while building a community and supporting each other.
Each participant will be loaned a WPL keyboard to take home for practice and will need to bring it to the program each week. Please note that while the instructor is an experienced piano player, they are not a certified teacher.
Interested in learning piano basics but not a Tween? Keep an eye out for Teen, Adult, and Kids sessions coming soon!
