For Adults
Join us for a creative and goal‑focused workshop where you’ll design your own Habit Tracking Punch Card—a simple, visual way to stay motivated while working toward personal goals. A habit tracking punch card works like a loyalty card: each time you complete a habit or step toward a goal, you mark or “punch” a space on your card. Once all the spaces are filled, you earn a reward you’ve chosen for yourself. There is still 75% of the year to go, so lots of time to feel hopeful and accomplish new goals and habits.
Inspired by a popular social media trend, this session combines creativity and intention‑setting. Participants will use watercolours and black fine‑tip markers to design a personalized punch card that reflects their goals and style. Please come prepared with 3–5 habits or goals you’d like to work on, along with a few reward ideas to celebrate your progress. No art experience required - just a willingness to reflect, create, and have fun.
