For kids ages 8 to 12 years old.
Get hands-on with exciting activities that explore Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. Kids will create fun gadgets, solve creative science problems, and experiment with tech tools and robots—including Ozobots, Cubelets, and LEGO Spike Robotics. Every session offers something new to discover, build, and explore through play and problem-solving. Perfect for curious minds who love to tinker and create!
For kids ages 8 to 12 years old. Please register each child attending separately.
Please note, a caregiver must remain in the library while children under 10 years of age attend a program.
This program is part of a series. There are 5 sessions taking place on Thursdays, April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30.
We kindly remind you that registrations will be removed if the registered person does not meet the program’s specified age requirements.

The McCormick Branch is nestled in the heart of the Lakeshore neighbourhood, providing exciting resources to its residents. The second oldest of Waterloo Public Library’s locations, the McCormick Branch is small but mighty and is part of the Albert McCormick Community Centre which features a large outdoor play area, splash pad and skate park.
