For Adults
Take a creative pause in your day with this relaxing, art-based program for adults. Together, we’ll explore the calming practice of Zentangle—learning about its origins and discovering simple, mindful drawing techniques that promote focus and relaxation. You'll receive a workbook to guide your practice, along with pattern sheets to complete during the session and plenty to take home for continued creativity. No artistic experience needed—just a willingness to slow down, breathe, and doodle your way to mindfulness.
