About the Program
For more than three decades, Hospice Waterloo Region has supported individuals and caregivers through life-limiting illness, death, and bereavement. Services are offered throughout the community as well as at its 11-bed hospice residence.
What is hospice palliative care, and how can it support individuals and families during difficult times? Join representatives from Hospice Waterloo Region to learn more about hospice palliative care and the programs and services available in Waterloo Region and the surrounding townships. This session will provide an opportunity to better understand the support available to those facing serious illness, end of life, and grief.
Presented in partnership with Hospice Waterloo Region.
