Get ready to explore the library in a whole new way! In this interactive scavenger hunt, you’ll use the app Artivive to scan clues and uncover hidden digital surprises. (AR—short for augmented reality—adds virtual images and messages to the real world using a phone or tablet.)
Work on your own or team up with friends as you follow clues, search the library, and reveal hidden messages along the way. Can you find them all?
For families with children of all ages and their caregiver. Please register only one person per family.

The McCormick Branch is nestled in the heart of the Lakeshore neighbourhood, providing exciting resources to its residents. The second oldest of Waterloo Public Library’s locations, the McCormick Branch is small but mighty and is part of the Albert McCormick Community Centre which features a large outdoor play area, splash pad and skate park.
