From Hive to Honey Jar

For kids ages 12 and up. Kids 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

About the Program

Time to reap the fruit of our bees' labour with this hands-on honey extraction workshop. A beekeeper will assist you over the course of this fun-filled hour as you uncap honeycomb cells, hand-spin honeycombs in the centrifugal extractor, and filter the raw honey before jarring and labelling it all.

For kids ages 12 and up. Kids 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Please register each person attending separately.
