Dr. Julie Mueller, and partner InkSmith, discuss the Mission on the Moon project. This project is developing inquiry-based coding and robotics activities based on a lunar rover. Funded by the Canadian Space Agency, these educational activities will be designed for students in Grades 6 through 9 (ages 11 to 14 years old). Dr. Mueller and the project partner Inksmith, will discuss the need for STEM education and the importance of working with partners to provide STEM education in authentic settings. This work will give teachers tools to embed STEM competencies in the classroom. Bring your STEM education questions!
