About the Program
Join us for a special Deepavali (also known as Diwali) event, celebrating the Festival of Lights! There will be many activities to enjoy such as the lighting of the diyas, a culturally-significant story time about the origin of Diwali, cultural dance and music performances, a mehndi (henna) mini-design station, yummy treats, and two art competitions hosted by the Tamil Cultural Association where adults can participate in rangoli while children participate in a themed drawing challenge. Immerse yourself in the culture and learn more about the popular celebration too!
