About the Program
Join our special Menopause Café with special guest Amalia Kartsonas from the podcast What the Pause?!
This workshop explores the "myths and truths" surrounding menopause symptoms, treatment options and conversations women are often afraid of or discouraged from having. Participants will examine common misconceptions about symptoms, hormone therapy, aging, mental health, weight changes, sleep disruption, and workplace performance while learning what current evidence actually tells us. The session creates a respectful, stigma-free space to ask questions, challenge outdated beliefs, and build confidence when speaking with healthcare providers, family members, colleagues, and employers. The goal is to replace fear and confusion with practical knowledge, informed self-advocacy, and more open, supportive conversations about menopause.
