Everyone welcome
Laurelwood Neighbourhood Association is hosting this afternoon drop-in event to welcome spring in a creative and colourful way. Learn some art skills, be part of a community project and see your creative contribution on display. You will be guided to create community art inspired by Waterloo flora and fauna under the guidance of professional artist Megha Birmiwal.
We will also provide materials, sample designs, spring-related quotations and high school helpers to create and take home some gorgeous spring-themed bookmarks. For very young creatives, we will have colouring sheets and supplies.
Photography Notice: Please note that photographs and videos may be taken at this event and may be broadcast, reproduced, and/or made available in print or online. For individual or small group photos, staff will make attendees aware of their presence and will ask permission before taking photos.
For larger public events, please note that by attending, you are consenting to the use of your appearance, image, and voice in print or digital productions created by the Waterloo Public Library for promotional use only.
