About the Program

Join us for a monthly gathering in January and February to connect with new friends, engage in conversation, and enjoy staff-led activities. Open to all community members, each session features a unique theme.

February 2025’s gathering includes:

• A warm welcome and introductions
• A fitness session featuring Baduanjin
• An introduction to the Lantern Festival
• A Lantern Festival dinner with shared dishes (bring your own or enjoy provided snacks)
• A discussion to plan March’s theme

All adults or older adults are welcome who would like to learn Chinese language and Chinese culture.

There is a club meeting taking place in January and February, please register for each separately. 

歡迎所有中國朋友參加滑鐵盧公共圖書館每月舉辦的「中國社交俱樂部」。我們每月聚會一次，每次都有不同的主題。

2025年2月的主題：

1. 互相介紹新老朋友；
2. 健身：八段錦；
3. 元宵節簡介
4. 元宵節晚餐（朋友可以自備菜餚或小吃與其他朋友分享）。圖書館也提供簡單的小吃。
5. 3月俱樂部主題討論
