Studies have shown that frequently practicing gratitude greatly impacts your wellbeing by allowing you to feel more appreciative, happier, and deepen your resilience. Simply put, being grateful has the ability to change your outlook on the life you live!
In this program focused on mental wellness, participants are encouraged to practice the skill of gratitude through crafting and writing exercises. Light refreshments will be provided.
