Get ready for a lively, laughter-filled storytime for the whole family with award-winning Canadian author Rukhsana Khan!
What do lollipops, clever maidens, and the chaos of traffic in Pakistan have in common? They all inspire the funny and imaginative stories brought to life by Rukhsana’s unique voice. During this special event, she’ll read from her picture book Honk Honk, Beep Beep, Putter Putt!—a colourful, energetic tale that captures the hustle and bustle of the streets of Lahore—as well as other entertaining favourites.
This is a wonderful opportunity to experience stories that celebrate Asian culture with warmth, humour, and heart. After the reading, books will be available for purchase, and Rukhsana will be signing copies.
Presented in partnership with Words Worth Books.
For families with children of all ages and their caregiver(s). When registering please use the guests feature to indicate the number of people in your group that will be attending the event.
