IN PERSON, DROP-IN
View the night skies with the KW Chapter of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada. Learn basic astronomy and telescope education and move to observing as the sun sets. We will have access to Saturn, the crescent Moon (good for crater views), and some other deep sky treasures for viewing.
We will have a variety of telescopes for viewing or bring your own telescope. The library will also have telescopes available for lending on a first come, first served basis.
Presented in partnership with the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada.
Please note, a caregiver must remain with children under 10 years of age during this program.
