Come and explore the wonders of oceans with us. We’ll head beneath the waves to sing, read, craft, and play.

For children ages 2 to 5 with a caregiver.

This program is part of a series. There are 4 sessions taking place on Monday: September 18, 25 and October 2 and 16th.

Early Learning Programs for young children at WPL are based on literacy research and include tips and information for parents and caregivers. Your active participation in these programs will maximize the experience for you and your child.

Located on the west side of Waterloo, the John M. Harper Branch shares a building with the Stork Family YMCA. It features soaring ceilings, dedicated study space (including 3 bookable study rooms), a large Community Room and an outdoor courtyard.
