DONATION DRIVE

The Kids Care Action Group needs your help to support the Community Fridge KW! We will be running a sock & food drive drive across all WPL locations from Thursday, December 1 to Wednesday, December 21.

We will be accepting donations of new and unworn socks, high-quality canned and non-perishable goods that are well before their expiry date at all four WPL locations.

The Community Fridge KW is a volunteer run endeavor located on the upper piazza of Kitchener's Farmer's Market at 300 King St. E. Community fridges are public repositories of perishable and non-perishable donated foods that anyone can take from for free, 24/7. Designed to facilitate access to food and reduce food waste, community fridges are a demonstration of grassroots community.
