VIRTUAL

Feeling frazzled or unsettled? When we calm our breath, we calm our mind and our bodies. In this virtual workshop, we will help ground our body and mind by learning simple practices to bring peace and centeredness to our days.

This program is presented in partnership with the City of Waterloo.

Registrants will receive an e-mail 24 hours before the start of the program with an invitation to join.
