Learn to calm your mind and find strategies to relax, focus and feel great. In peace, we will explore techniques for watercolour painting and other forms of expressing ourselves through art. Parents are welcome to join our daily meditation to de-stress, and will participate in a painting activity on the last day. For kids ages 6 to 9 years old.
Registrants will receive an e-mail 24 hours before the start of the program with an invitation to join.
A supply kit will be available for pick-up at the library one week before the event.
In the interest of fairness, please register each child for only one April Break camp.
