For Families
Drop in during your library visit to explore Kwanzaa through a hands-on, self-guided activity. Families can create a colourful paper mkeka (woven mat), an important symbol in Kwanzaa that represents foundation and tradition. While you craft, discover fun facts about Kwanzaa and complete a themed word search. All materials are provided while supplies last. No registration required.
This activity will be available at all library locations from Monday, December 22 to Wednesday, December 31.
