For Adults
Take some intentional "me time" and join us for a relaxing evening designed to help you slow down and build the habit of self-care. We'll meet at the Main Library Auditorium and take a short walk together to Waterloo Park. Once there, we'll start with a light icebreaker and guide you through two simple grounding techniques to help you feel present and centered.
The rest of the program is yours to enjoy: find a quiet spot, lay out your blanket, and spend an hour reading, relaxing, or simply unwinding. You’re welcome to bring dinner if it fits your schedule—light snacks will be provided. Participants may leave from the park at their own pace.
