Studies have shown that those who change their mindset to being more grateful are generally more aware of the positive factors in their life, feel happier, and are more resilient. Simply put, being grateful has the ability to change your outlook on the life you live!
In this program focused on mental wellness, participants are encouraged to practice the skill of gratitude through a special craft and icebreaker games.
For youth ages 10+ with a caregiver or guardian. Please register as a group or pair.
