Learn the ways thieves can steal and use your personal information, tips to keep your financial and personal information safe and what to do if you’re the victim of fraud or identity theft.

Each One, Teach One (EOTO) workshops are delivered by volunteer certified trainers from your community credit unions.
Each workshop provides basic and plain language financial knowledge, without ties to any products or services, with the sole goal of empowering individuals to make the right financial decisions for themselves and their families.

Located on the west side of Waterloo, the John M. Harper Branch shares a building with the Stork Family YMCA. It features soaring ceilings, dedicated study space (including 3 bookable study rooms), a large Community Room and an outdoor courtyard.
