Bring on the bots! Two local F.I.R.S.T. Robotics teams will show us their skills with a public demonstration in the library’s lounge. Stop by to check out the action, try some robotics and coding with Lego robotics and ask the youth your questions!
The 2702 Rebels are a FIRST Robotics Competition Team for students in grades 9-12 that meets in the Google Community Space in Kitchener.
Team DAVE (aka FIRST Robotics Competition Team 3683) is a group of students in grades 8-12 from St. David’s Catholic Secondary School in Waterloo.

Located on the west side of Waterloo, the John M. Harper Branch shares a building with the Stork Family YMCA. It features soaring ceilings, dedicated study space (including 3 bookable study rooms), a large Community Room and an outdoor courtyard.
